Review by hotel critic
Marinaparcs Naarden in Noord-Holland exceeded our expectations with its cozy harbor lodge named Brussel. The accommodation was well-equipped, featuring a modern bathroom with a lovely shower, and a comfortable living room perfect for relaxation. The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the marina, ideal for enjoying the sun and watching passing boats. Our lodge had a double bed, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed, providing ample sleeping space for our party of four. The heated floors and feather-filled comforters ensured a peaceful night's sleep, complemented by the gentle rocking of the boat. The on-site restaurant and mini-market were convenient amenities, adding to the overall experience.Exploring Amsterdam was made easy, either by car or public transport, and we appreciated the free parking at the lodge. The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the friendly communication with hosts Sylvia and Huub, made our stay delightful. The location, with access to various facilities like a beach, playground, and bike rental, offered a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.Marinaparcs Naarden provided a unique and memorable stay, blending modern comforts with a tranquil marina setting. Ideal for art and design enthusiasts like myself, seeking a touch of Dutch charm in a picturesque waterfront retreat.
